Necromancy is a survival-scaling mutation which heals a small percentage of the player's HP for each enemy killed. The mutation only takes effect if the player is below 50% of their maximum HP.

- Each enemy killed heals [0.3 base]% of the player's HP. The effect stops when the player's HP reaches 50%.
