The Throwing Knife is a ranged weapon which inflicts bleeding on enemies hit.

Synergies
- This weapon can work with anything that reliably applies bleed, such as the
Blood Sword and/or _Icon.png/20px-Cleaver_(Skill)_Icon.png)
Cleaver, in order to quickly proc the bleed stacks.
Notes
- The attack rate of this weapon allows it to easily trigger the burst bleed effect, and deal lots of damage very quickly if you can manage to inflict 5 stacks of bleed.
- Due to its high attack speed, it can be used very quickly before switching to your main damage dealing weapon, allowing for good set-ups with bleed synergies.
- The Throwing Knife is very effective against flying enemies, due it being able to automatically target enemies directly above the player.
- Affixes such as "+80% damage on poisoned targets" apply to the projectile damage as well as the bleed status inflicted by it.
